We will be running  TWO Contests this Quarter!


1st -- E3 Team Open House Challenge (Company Wide)


2nd -- Individual Contest on Video & Trainings (Individual)

Purpose and How To Win:


250 Open Houses Challenge - This is a team challenge and the goal is to do 250 open houses as a brokerage in Q2. Let's work together and encourage each other to get out there and crush open houses! Gain individual points by working open houses towards the individual contest as well. Submission form below. (See point breakdown in FAQs)


Individual Contest  - Videos & Trainings! This is an individual agent contest to push you to make more video content and attend trainings. Video content helps you build your brand, showcase yourself to your sphere and share your knowledge. Trainings help you gain knowledge and become a stronger agent. Submission form below. The agent with the highest total combined individual points from BOTH The individual Contest metrics and the Open House challenge will be crowned the overall winner! 🎉🔥

Contest Submission Process


This contest will run through the end of June, after which we will tally the scores and see if we hit the mark as a team and individually!

Standings in the contest will be showcased at our team meetings and on this page. So be sure to submit your weekly numbers to ensure your efforts are counted for the week! This contest is 100% honor system and designed to encourage future growth within your business 30, 60, 90-days+ down the line, so be sure to submit and track your progress not only for the contest but for your future self!

E3 Team Open House Challenge FAQ

  • How long will the contest run?

    The contest will run the entire length of Q2 2025. April 1 - June 30th.

  • How are points calculated?

    • 1 Point Per Open House Day (Worked/Hosted)
    • Awarded for each Open House hosted on ANY given day during the contest!

    Example:

    • Hosting an Open House on Saturday = 1 point
    • Hosting an Open House on Sunday = 1 point
    • Hosting both Saturday & Sunday = 2 points

  • Do my Open House points also count towards my totals for the Individual Contest?

    YES! All points will be tallyed and combined for an overall point total used to crown the winner of the Individual Contest.

  • How long will the contest run?

    The contest will run the entire length of Q2 2025. April 1 - June 30th.

  • How are points calculated?

    Video Department:

    • 10 Points – Per video session booked in April, May, or June. (A session is considered booked once confirmed through the scheduling system.)
    • 1 Point – Per video filmed in any of the above studio session.
    • Bonus: 10 Points – For featuring an E3 Home Loans Officer in your video. (Limit: One bonus per month.)

  • Booking Video Session Guidelines

    Booking Process: Agents must schedule their video sessions through the designated system to earn points for booking.


    Session Completion: Points for filming are awarded only if the video is actually recorded during the session.

Individual Contest (Trainings) FAQ

  • How long will the contest run?

    The contest will run the entire length of Q2 2025. April 1 - June 30th.

  • How are points calculated?

    Agent Trainings:

    • 1 Point – Per training attended – Applies to in-office live trainings, streamed trainings, or E3 virtual-hosted trainings.
    • 5 Points – Per training attended by your guest. Your guest must be from outside of E3. They must attend in-person for Tom Ferry (TF) trainings or they can attend E3-hosted events in-person or virtually if applicable.

  • Example of Training Points

    Scenario #1: You attend 3 trainings last week.


    - You would be awarded 3 total points


    Scenario #2: You invite a guest, who attends one (1) Agent Catapult In-Person Session and one (1) Tom Ferry In-Person Training.


    - You would be awarded a total of 10 points (5 points per training they attended)

🏆 Individual Contest Prize Options 🎟️

Prize Information

The individual with the most points at the end of the quarter will have the CHOICE of one(1) of the following:

  • Two (2) Tickets to Tom Ferry Events (Including Summit or Listing Edge, etc)
  • Agents are responsible for hotel and airfare to and from the event.
  • Two (2) Out of Office Video Sessions
  • There will be some restrictions on these videos, as we can't do Videos in Las Vegas or something like that, but a discussion will be had with the Winner to iron out the details!

Standings will be updated once a week, beginning the week of April 1st, so keep an eye out to see how you rank throughout the contest!
